# IDO

The IDO (Initial DEX Offering) stage will take place soon after the Private round and listing on exchanges. This stage is aimed at a wider audience, and its main goal is to provide users with the opportunity to purchase tokens and participate in the development of the platform. 

This is the largest part of the token sale, accounting for a quarter of the total token issue. Unlike previous rounds of tokensale, IDO tokens are not limited by the vesting period, and therefore can be used by buyers without delay and in full.
